The Roosa project design has gone through a final office review from the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT). The project team will be navigating required clearances this summer/fall before the project is approved for construction. The project will be advertised in fall 2025 for construction. Construction is anticipated in spring 2026.
The design was updated from the 2018 design. These updates were based on feedback received from a public survey, neighborhood stakeholders, and federal design requirement changes.
