Construction will be phased over two years, with sidewalk and signal improvements scheduled for 2025, and a mill and overlay, as well as restriping to reconfigure the lanes, will be completed in 2026. The construction will include temporary closures of cross streets along both E. College Dr. and E. 8th Ave. and will include closure of a travel lane when sidewalk demolition and construction is occurring.
Final design plans are here.
